As a trusted partner of global tech leaders, we deliver end-to-end implementation and ongoing support tailored to our clients’ needs.
Master Concept is seeking an experienced, proactive Sales Operations Administrator to join our Sales Operations Team. In this non-entry-level role, you will act as the operational backbone for both our Government (Public Sector) and Commercial (B2B/Enterprise) sales teams.
This dual-support position requires a structured professional who can navigate the meticulous compliance demands of government tenders while maintaining the speed and agility needed to support commercial B2B sales cycles. You will manage document control, coordinate pipeline updates, maintain CRM accuracy, and streamline overall sales workflows.
1. Government (B2G) Tender & Bid Coordination
End-to-End Tender Management: Lead the administrative coordination of public sector and open government tenders. Track portals, monitor deadlines, compile compliance documents, and coordinate with technical teammates to ensure accurate, timely submissions.
Document Auditing & Archiving: Manage systematic filing and document control of all government and commercial bids, proposals, and final contracts to ensure audit readiness.
Liaison Support: Manage registration on government procurement systems and handle administrative inquiries from public sector stakeholders.
2. Commercial (B2B) Sales & Contract Support
Deal Support & Documentation: Assist the commercial sales team with drafting and preparing professional proposals, quotes, standard service agreements (SOWs), and contracts.
Pipeline Monitoring & Verification: Coordinate and track the status of commercial sales opportunities in the pipeline, ensuring CRM accuracy and providing regular, clean updates to sales leaders.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between Sales, Finance, and Legal to accelerate contract approvals and commercial deal closures.
3. Sales Operations & Analytics
Data & Reporting: Conduct routine sales data entry, pipeline analysis, and performance reporting for management using modern analytical and spreadsheet tools.
Process Optimization: Collaborate with sales teams to identify inefficiencies, proposing practical workflow improvements using automation and productivity tools.
Experience: 2+ years of solid experience in sales administration, sales operations, or bid/tender coordination (this is a non-fresh graduate role).
Tender Knowledge: Proven hands-on experience in assisting or managing open tenders (experience with government tender procedures in Hong Kong is highly preferred).
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage, though candidates with strong, relevant industry experience are highly welcome.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (strong Excel/Sheets skills for data tracking are required).
Openness and capability to utilize modern AI productivity tools (such as Gemini/generative AI) to optimize administrative tasks.
Language & Communication: Exceptional reading and writing skills in English are a must; conversational and written fluency in Cantonese is required to liaise effectively with local public sector and commercial clients.
Key Traits: High attention to detail, exceptional time-management and multitasking abilities, and strong internal communication skills.
Our Culture:
Modern & Flexible: Hybrid working model with a flat, hierarchy-free team culture.
Dynamic Workspace: Culturally savvy office environment with open seating, breakout zones, game areas, gym facilities, and free premium coffee.
Dress Code: Smart casual (we don’t wear ties!).
Collaborative & Structured: A highly collaborative, self-disciplined environment that respects calendar boundaries.
Balanced Living: Strong commitment to a healthy work-life balance.
Our Benefits:
Company medical scheme coverage
Birthday leave
Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) subsidy
Continuous learning with the latest cloud and AI solution training
